Powdered peaks of the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area and surrounding wilderness draw skiers, snowboarders, snowmobilers and ice skaters every winter. Summers are quieter and less crowded, but vacationers in search of the path less traveled will find secluded biking and hiking trails, rushing rivers, icy mountain lakes, green golf courses and breathtaking scenery.

We rented Treehouse 1 and 2 which were just about as close as we could get to having one “house” for our group. The two units are just a short walk down the hall from one another. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and allowed us to host everyone together for dinners. The bedrooms were all very clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy and separate bathrooms. Can’t get any closer to the village and gondola! Rec center was great as well. The hosts had excellent communication and exceeded our expectations. We loved our trip and would stay here again.

Easy communication with host. Smooth check-in. Great location next to gondola. I have stayed numerous times in this complex, this unit is definitely one of the best. Location in the complex is convenient. The best feature of the unit though is its use of space. Every square foot has been maximized and thought out perfectly. 8 real, comfortable, beds, and it never feels cramped in the sleeping areas. Highly recommended. I will try to rebook this unit when I return.

We really loved the Treehouse Condo! Our group of 14 had plenty of room and slept comfortably. We rode the mountain two of the three days and walked right over to the gondola for quick access. We ate at a few spots in the village and easy access to Mammoth Mountain Brewery was a real nice perk. With a large group, having 4 bathrooms spread across 3 floors was a game changer. Plenty of seating and space on the main floor for socializing, eating, food prep, etc. Condo is fully stocked with pillows, bedding, extra blankets, towels, and a well appointed kitchen. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home right next to Mammoth Village. We had lots of space. The beds were very comfortable and the finishes throughout were very, very nice. Everything has been updated, remodeled, and done well. There were lots of little details such as soaps and lotions in all four bathrooms and plush towels/bedding that really made a difference. The location is outstanding, right next door and a short walk to Mammoth Village with numerous shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This was a very nice condo, as advertised. The set up is ideal for large groups or a couple of families. The owners were very easy to reach, clear in their instructions, and kindly accommodating to a special request. The location is also ideal - just a few minutes walk to the gondola and village.

My family of 7 wanted a nice clean place to stay in Mammoth. We wanted 7 individual comfortable beds as well. Everything was as described! The condo was spotless and conveniently located. David and Marian were both very helpful before and during our stay.
There was so much to do in Mammoth and this was definitely the perfect place to stay.

To begin with, the place was in a perfect location. The accommodations were great and the place is very well maintained. If you had any issues, they took care of it which is huge in my book. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars was due to some of the goofy layouts of the rooms. It is perfect for a large family scenario but a little tricky if you have all adults. But overall I was very happy with my stay!

The Treehouse was exactly what we needed for our Mammoth trip. We come up 2–3 times a year and this condo made it easy to bring the extended family together with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The location is ideal - central to the Village, quick access to the mountain, and super convenient ski and snowboard storage.
We were also heading up ahead of a massive storm, and Dave was incredibly accommodating - working with us on some last-minute adjustments and allowing an early check-in, which made a big difference for our family. Everything was comfortable, well set up, and exactly as advertised. We’ll absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at the Treehouse was fantastic. We had 3 generations of skiers and everyone was able to spread out for sleeping and be together for meals and games. Location can't be beat, steps to the gondola and restaurants. Thanks David!

This was our second time here because we loved it so much the first time. Same, big group and everyone came back. We love this place and will come back every year we can. Perfect accommodations for a memorable ski weekend at Mammoth!

This is a great condo in a fantastic location! We had 3 families with a bunch of boys and it fit us so well. The boys got the loft while each couple got their own room and bathroom. Beautiful inside and literally only steps from the gondola at the village. Owner was very welcoming and provided very detailed information. We look forward to staying here again!

Really enjoyed the stay, the condo was well stocked and in a great location! It didn't hurt that there was so much snow. This condo is comfortable, well appointed and close to the gondola, restaurants and the brewery!

The location of this condo is perfect. Right in between Mammoth Brewing and The Village. This property exceeded my expectations. It was very well stocked in the kitchen with plenty of space to cook. We went with another family and their kids and there was more then enough space for us all. The decor and cleanliness was wonderful. We will definitely be back for more stays. And communication with Dave, the property owner, was easy, open and helpful. Our friends and I had a wonderful, comfortable long weekend staying at this property.

We stayed at the treehouse condo during spring break 2018 with 2 families ( 4 adults, 5 kids). The condo was perfect for us. Plenty of beds and the location was absolutely perfect. The gondola and village is steps Away. We didn’t have to drive for 4 days! The condo is nice and updated and had everything we needed. A few tips for future renters. Unload everything at the front door of the unit off the main road off canyon Blvd vs the garage (just easier and shorter distance). The lockers are right next to that front door, actually first lockers to the right so I would recommend always using that exit/entry when coming in vs the door on the garage side. Again, awesome place if you are loookijg for something with a perfect location. Thanks!

We loved staying in this beautiful condo. The furnishings and location of this condo is perfect. It was easy for the family to walk right next store to the Village for food and entertainment. Plenty of room for big families. Three levels so everyone can spread out and have privacy. You will love this property.
